Has Anyone Seen My Hearing Aids?
Accidents can happen to anyone. They can also happen to hearing aids. Incidents range from lost hearing aids to physical damage. Hearing aids have been stepped on, put in washing machines, chewed by dogs and flushed down the toilet.
You can save the full cost of replacing your lost or damaged hearing aids with extended warranty or insurance coverage by adding a rider to your homeowner’s insurance policy or by purchasing a hearing aid protection policy through our office.
If you would like more information about hearing aid protection, please call us.
Summer Humidity
Today’s hearing aids have improved protection against humidity, but summer humidity and moisture can still cause occasional problems. Regular use of a dri-aid jar or electric drying unit will minimize these problems and eliminate or significantly reduce moisture-related repairs.
